If you play keeper indoors, then you know you need excellent padding. The padding on the knees on these pants is top quality. I have tried other pants by Uhlsport and Diadora. The Reusch Alex pants are by far the best and the price is great too.

I've gone through many pairs of these goalie pants, they offer very good padding, but unfortunately, they don't last very long with the AstroTurf I play on. I usually need to replace them every 8 months at 2 games a week. If they had reinforced the knee area with some stronger material to keep the padding in, they would be ideal.
The straps that go under foot do a good job of keeping the pants and knee padding in place.
