It does glow in the dark as long as it is under the light for some time. But it is not regulation size. My daughter still has fun with it.
Fun and Great Exercise! December 20, 2008 Miss Judy (New York) This is a great idea for kids. It's especially fun since it glows in the dark. I bought it for my grandson, and he's having a great time with it. The price was right, and the shipping was very fast!
Great Buy December 26, 2008 Shay0124 (Houston, Texas) My niece's soccer team colors are blue and yellow so this caught my attention for her. The yellow squares glow brightly in the dark. She thinks it is great and can't wait until soccer starts again after the holidays. I can't speak for durability as I just gave it to her but it appears to be well made. And, as a bonus it came with a hand pump and needle to blow it up.
Fun to play with in the dark! September 13, 2008 K. Tracy (Washington, DC) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This product is a lot of fun for my daughter's soccer team. The last 15 minutes of practice right now is in dusk and the ball is great for the girls - it is fun and it motivates them keep playing.
Does not glow in the dark - terrible ball all around May 12, 2010 Dimitris Rezitis 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am really dissapointed by this soccer ball. Firstly it does not glow at all. My regular white soccer balls are actually easier to play with in the dark than this ball because its actually very hard to see in the dark. Not only that but the ball only lasted for about 3-4 weeks of semi regular soccer practice. After about a month it started getting "eggs" as my friend calls it. Basically it is little bubbles on the ball. It got to the point it wouldnt roll but randomly bounce around because of the eggs. Yesterday I finally lost the ball playing street soccer. Didnt even care.
